Ingredients
-1 kg tomatoes
Elaboration
Submerge the tomatoes for a few seconds in boiling water and peel them.
Save the flesh for other recipes.
Preheat the oven to 100 ºC.
Place the skins on a tray covered with baking paper and dehydrate them in the oven for 3 hours.
When they are completely dry, store them in a closed jar and chop them with a coffee grinder whenever you need them, to prevent the powder from getting wet or sticking.
